When submitting a bug report, please indicate the following
- Operating System version, service release (sr) and language
- specifications of your PC : 32 or 64 bit, graphics card, etc.
- Rhinoceros version, service release and language
- RhinoParametrics version, service release and language

To help us carry out a more efficient investigation of the reported condition, please also send us the following files :.
- the Rhino model .3dm file, which contains geometry, material, environment settings, etc.
- the RhinoParametrics .grx file (same name as the Rhino file), which contains the parametrics information
