The RhinoParametrics software plug-in for Rhino3D (hereafter "RP") is available as a free, downloadable, time-limited demonstration version.
The user must accept the licence's terms before he is allowed to proceed with software installation and use.
The License terms manage the commercial version of RP and the sales process of the licence authorization file required to enable the RP software.
RP Licence terms are freely available for consultation on the internet at www.rhinoparametrics.com (hereafter "the site").
Sale and License terms are subject to modification, applicable terms being those published on the site at the time of your order.
Sale and License terms apply exclusive between RhinoParametrics SAS (hereunder named "us" ) and anyone, company or individual, intending to or signifying an order for RP software via the site (hereafter "you" or "the customer" ).
Price :
The Price shown on the site are to be considered valid and to be used within the cope of an order. Prices are shown and invoiced in Euros ( € ), and do not include VAT as applicable.

Payment :
The site accepts real time, on line payment by creadit card (VISA, MasterCard, CarteBleue and PayPal). The transaction takes place via a secure server hosted by our bank, HSBC, who assures security and confidentiality
Shipping :
License file and invoice are sent by email only after payment is accepted. No CDROM or boxed software will be shipped. Immediately upon acceptance of payment, an email with your invoice and license file will be sent to the email address you provided with your order. In case you were to not receive this email, please contact us at sales@rhinoparametrics.com providing your name, date of order and if possible order number.
In order to prevent loss of information, we recommend that you copy your license file and your invoice immediately upon receipt.
Cancellation and restitution rights :
Within the scope of the immaterial nature of an electronic supply service, which commences immediately upon the client's agreement of terms by order signification and ensuing payment, the buyer recognizes that the 7 days retractation period can not be applied in the case of a software license as per L 121-20-2 and following articles of the French consumer regulations.
The purchase of a license number is therefore final and cannot, under any circumstances, give rise to exchange or reimbursement.
Personal Data and Confidentiality :
Your personal data and information are required in order to process your order and to manage our commercial relations. We may inform you by email of the availability of new RP updated or new services.

We never have access to information pertaining to your bank account. During an online purchase you communicate directly with the HSBC bank or with PayPal's secure server. We only receive notification of acceptance or refusal of your payment.

It is your responsibility to carefully verify that the information you supply with your order is correct. By authorizing payment, you commit to pay the fee indicated on the site at that time.
If these conditions were to not be fulfilled, we reserve the right to withdraw a previously granted license and stop any associated services.
Liability :
While committing to fix any errors that may be found in RP and brought to our attention, we can not guarantee that our RP software or information made available by RP will be free of error.
You are responsible to backup your files and archives to prevent any loss of data, particularly because future software releases may in some cases not preserve user data.
The user is solely responsible of his use of RhinoParametrics, and cannot hold RhinoParametrics SAS liable for any damages whatsoever in relation with the use of RP software.
Communication :
All communications will be either in English or in French
Transfer of responsability :
The holder of the software license cannot, under any circonstances, transfer his client rights and obligation to anyone.
Conclusion and contract execution :
You declare having read and agreed to the License, Sales, Ordering and Payment terms herein relative to the RP software, its description, price, delivery and use prior to executing your order.
You declare having the full legal capacity to execute such order and accept all conditions described here above.
The present contract takes force immediately upon execution of order by the payment thereof via the site and upon acceptance of such order by RhinoParametrics SAS and subsequent delivery of the corresponding software license.
The data registered by RhinoParametrics constitutes proofs of all completed transactions between RhinoParametrics and the buyer.
Applicable Law :
The Terms and Conditions herein are subject to French law.
French language version of the present contract is the only legal valid document.
In case of disagreement, this can only be heard in a French court of law.
